$10.00 SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!!!

We normally ship all in stock items within 7 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 7-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

Canada Shipping
The total shipping charge would be $39.99 for any order to Canada, regardless of order size.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.

We at Official Self Defense strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly  stated on the specific Official Self Defense product page.

All returnes, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by Official Self Defense before any products are returned.

We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. Return Policy:  All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*. All returnes must be authorized by Official Self Defense before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Official Self Defense will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at Official Self Defense's discretion.

*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by Official Self Defense. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Official Self Defense.

Any return must be authorized by a representative of Official Self Defense and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Official Self Defense. No returnes will be authorized after five (5) BUSINESS days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFNDABLE.

REQUEST TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM OFFICIAL SELF DEFENSE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).

 WARRANTY: We guarantee all Official Self Defense products to be fre of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer.  We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Catalogs are available for 1.00 each. Minimum order of 25.

Backorder Policy

Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if items are back ordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
